Back in Tokyo and back to work. Jet lag not too bad. I'm good until about 9pm (5am in California) and then I start to crash. Tribal Fest was even better than last year. I took another 4 workshops. Rachel, Mardi and Zoe on Friday and Tribaltique on Saturday. All excellent. Mardi's workshop was especially fun. Today I took a zils workshop with the legendary John Compton. I thought it would be intimidating but he turned out to be really fun teacher. Difficult workshop though - for Little Miss RLR RLR here anyway. My head exploded after about an hour and 15 minutes. It's funny how many people I'm recognising from Tribe by their tats. It has begun. Kae arrived last night from San Francisco with Hiromi and Kasumi. We took 2 workshops today with Amy Sigil and Heather Stants. I'm all kinds of sore but I feel great and armed with a whole lot of new drills to add to my practice. Now we're drinking good wine and eating good cheese, thanks to the friendly staff at Whole Foods. I love Whole Foods. I love how we can sample stuff. I love how the staff know their products. Tribal Fest 2007 is about to begin. I arrived with Mishaal and Shanti in Sebastopol today after about 12 hours of travel and we got to relive Tuesday all over again. Go, date line, go! I love this town. Everyone's so nice. The people at the Sebastopol Inn are super nice. I wish I could take Whole Foods back to Tokyo with me. The food at Slice Of Life is awesome! I'm so excited to be back!
