So, I have officially completed writing all of the content for my next Nystagmus album but I have no idea what to call it (or any of the tracks for that matter) Sijay and St. Even will be doing the artwork and layout... but they need a concept to work from or at least some sort of direction - a name at the very least. This is obviously not my strong suit... the last album was named by Maya and Marnie and they did an awesome job...

really this is one unbefreakinglievably excellent dude.
every single interaction i have ever had with matte has left me charmed to the bones. and he's REALLY REAL. he ACTUALLY believes that everything that happens is meant to be, and he ACTUALLY lives by the things he believes. he is also a full scale PRIMO rock star if i have EVER met one.
when i first met matte he was wearing bright orange real silk pajamas. now if that's not a rock star i don't know what is. PERIOD.

Anahata ~ comes to my mind I would say every couple 3 days ~ his music creations has touched me deeply spiritually ~ over a year ago ~ everytime i see*hear Anahata performing live ~ i am gone into my real world ~ fascinated by the new sounds he is making ~ where did they come from ~ how could anyone come up with these mind soul joyfull awakening signals ~ peace and sisterly love to you Anahata ~

I just think he's cool and I wanna be like him. Well, maybe not just like him because I am a girl and he most definately isn't. But the parts of him that I want to be like are the amazing parts: the creativity, the sharp wit, the imaginative, kind, REAL things that make Matte well, Matte. This lad took me on an unexpected and mindblowing sonic adventure in the Seed of Life this year at Shambhala.
The tracks he was playing were so lush, fluid, thick, intricate, delicate and juicy. I heard audio with the perfect blend of emotion, dimension, movement and also complexity, transitional detail and dynamics. No live set I've ever heard has moved me so strongly.
Ths being has pure, rare genius within him.

creative spontanious and real, Mattie is technically competent, well balanced and really frickin trippy... I've always liked his old psy-styles as nystagmus... and his and downtempo/ambient work as anahata has ripped open new tunnels within my mind...ya pretty frickin trippy.
