I've never met Clay in real life, but I can say that someday when I finally write that novel I've been thinking about, Clay will be one of the main characters, and I'll give him a copy for free. I could sit here and type page after page of details on beautiful features: bluest eyes, porcelain skin, lean and tight figure, hair a dark brown, lips the pinkest pink. I can type all this in so many different ways, yet still the feeling, the rapture, the presence of him is lost. You cannot simply describe him, for he is beyond description. He is a person one must experience. Beautiful he is, and all words fail me, as I’m sure they have failed others when he is near. I am amazed by him, overwhelmed by him, my thoughts focused on him, and I cannot see beyond him; there is no future, no goals, no drifting thoughts when I am near him. I am so overcome with his presence that I truly see nothing else, as if time itself comes to a stand still and it is only he and I.
