To make them, I cut a piece of fabric to the exact size of a piece of letter sized card stock, then carefully taped them together with masking tape then ran them through the printer. Through trial and error I discovered that trying to wrap it around the edge is much easier, but causes problems when you go to print it, so it's better to take the time to do it the other way.
