Met Andrew and Cameron this past summer, when they were up in NY. Both of them are super cool, and super creative! Wish I could have spent more time getting to know them both! Maybe next summer, huh Andrew?

The storm is over....Katrina, anyway. Thousands have been displaced. Thousands have had to start over all the way. That's good. It has to happen, and better to you than to someone who won't be able to handle the stress of it all. That's right, it may suck that it happens to you, or those you know, but that's really just more of a bummer than a bad deal.

I'm at Z'otz, on Oak Street, in Uptown, New Orleans. It's not as bad as I expected here. The people here are resiliant. Stubborn, eccentric, just what the city needs. Sure, there's a ton of destruction, but the flowers are all starting to bloom sending out offerings of sweet heaven in different shapes to your nose. It's mostly pretty here with days in the 70's with exception to this weekend. I get to take apart houses and put them back together. On the weekends, I go to Jackson Square...

Most of you know I'm in Chattanooga, TN now. This is the place I left Minnesota for. I became an artist for a living here. Eventually, I went to Florida to draw at Universal Studios. They moved me to New Orleans to work at one of thier locations there. That hooked me on that city. I traveled the country for the summer and went back in November. I stayed till July and left during hurricane Dennis. When Katrina happened, I assumed that NOLA wouldn't be a destination for a while. ... read more

I'm a fantastic guy. Really. No, I mean it. I won't lie, and I've been described as having a REALLY positive attitude. It almost seems fictional at times. I like taking the Devil's Advocate stance on many, many things, to help me understand more of a situation before shouting my opinion. I love to travel and talk to strangers everywhere. I love to study all of the patterns of a picture (visual, aural, textural) so I have more to forget when I'm old and more to pull from until then. I'm loyal, passionate, and loving. Strong and fair.
