PINK orthopedic shoes!!
By helping her out of the drying egg
she didn't get to kick and stretch
her little legs and muscles
into shape

My Faverolles have started to hatch
..yesterday was Day 21 for the first 2 eggs I set
(in the incubator)
..and tomorrow is Day 21 for the other 8!
The baby in the pic had some trouble
with the humidity falling in the inc'y

He's a big ol' squishy Love Bug!
I have 10 of his relations in the incubator now
..hoping for some gals to keep him company
He plays well with Obe and Tahti, too
"under close supervision, of course!

Here's my little Leucy TX Rat..
Puck! is wet in the pic cuz she had to be noodled and
somewhat forced out of her favourite cork bark tube
She's a sweety, though
....most of the time..
Selimah: I think she's about 6 months old
..hard...

I have a house full of rescued "kids"
that use a lot of my spare time
I still have quite a few reptiles
even more snakes these days
and these two cuties!

or twisted about
and the little ortho shoes will
hopefully correct this
in a few days.
She's fine, otherwise.
She walks fine...
Peeps fine ...and LOUD!!
Poos fine ..for someone that's not even
interested in food for another day ...

so we remedied the issue
with great success
bright and early this morning!
Baby spent a couple hours in my "shirt"
for warmth and consoling
....now, is in the brooder

Obe and Tahti, as I refer to them most times, are
very sweet and mild mannered little chickens
They enjoy following me everywhere ...yes!
In the house, too!
...and they vie for the best lap spot to share
