I call her Loo. And only Loo can get me drunk in the complete absence of alcohol! She's a stylish brainiac and genius wordsmith who smells of sun-drenched tangerines and edible incense. She holds the Caribbean Sea within her eyes and will sometimes allow me to watch an occasional storm passing through - where at its darkest I wish to swim. Loo is my lasting friend, and only she knows the secret recipe for mixing exotic, complex flavors into life, stirring in simple grace, mystery and hilarious wit, sprinkled with spice and served with a wicked grin and sultry bottle of wine. I have had the privilege of watching her amazing soul grow over the years and wander the planet in search of new delicious adventures and experience. I know that all who love her set her free in hopes that she will return again and again to the brilliant color, life & love she creates and shares in the world, for we are so blessed to be a part of it.
