This is more of a question for advice rather than a story, well I could go on & on about my diet, however I plan to keep the info short cause i don't feel like i have much energy today. How can I sustain a healthy body on a Vegan diet??? I feel scared sometimes because my body feels wierd. I feel sick & weak at times. I am thinking of eating eggs & milk & fish for the nutrients however I haven't eaten those foods in a while, long while. Does anyone know how to best to integrate?? The th...
