Although Anita is stunningly gorgeous, rich and intelligent (with a german flair) she welcomes and loves me with all my imperfections sincerely. Even if she sometimes makes fun of me for not being able to stay awake past 10pm, she laughs at my sense of humor! and she lets me cook for her! I think one of the nicest things anyone ever said to me was when she said I reminded her of her sister. :-) I count myself blessed by having her in my life and my heart.

From the moment I met Anita, she made me feel at home in a place that was very unfamiliar to me. 'Warmth', 'generosity', and of course, 'beauty' are just some of the words that spring to mind when I think of her. But I think the word that epitomizes Anita best is 'goddess' for she is truly a goddess walking amongst us.

Not being a citizen sucks right now.
The only reason it sucks is because I can't vote and I really really would like to.
I have expressed my feelings with some of my friends and guess what?
I have been offered their vote. Not because they feel bad that I can't, but because they were not going to vote anyways.
SAY WHAT?
So to all the people out there that are thinking about not voting, please find someone who can't vote and give them the chance to make a difference.
