about me
Arty mad kinda person. I love singing, writing, webdesign, painting, photography, etc. I just love all Arts. I love the finer things in life; good food (love cooking too), fine wine, concerts, operas, etc. I cannot live without Music. A day without Music is a day not having lived... And I am a definite chocoholic.
I love to philosophate about life and all things. I also love Magic and I celebrate the Pagan holidays (And yes, I leave food out for the Faeries too!). I am much interested in the unseen.
I love learning and need to be mind-challenged almost constantly. I love languages and traveling to new places. Learning about new cultures and traditions.
I have a thing for old-fashioned and antique things. Especially old books. Basically anything that has 'lived'. That has a life essence so to say...
I need to be constantly wrapped up in emotions to feel alive. And I am terribly old-fashioned... I love spoiling my friends, especially with good food & tea...

Thrills are making whiteness weak
My innerbody tempted by the haze
My hopes carried off in a bird's beak
My eyes following it in a distant gaze
Two times now, she said, it is done
There we go, once again and dream
Where all of ...

The Angel Who Fell To Earth
He walked with the silver linings of the clouds
There he rested, an angel of mine once known
To the Heavens above, which let him out to play

You could be him and I could be her
Facing each other as we sing the night away
Touch one another as we break the dawn in two
Restless under covers of silk and flowers

A Word Is Not A Word
Bring back the days of splendour
When a word was still a word
When respectful comments were made
And denigrating slang was still unheard
Why a goodlooking man or woman
Should be called the name of an object

Two times now, she said, it is done
There we go, once again and dream
Where all of our innerhopes have gone
There it is far more than it seems
Here then it is, she pointed it out to me
And took my hand to let it be touched
It is the beginning of your own private sea
Where my life begins and yours is crutched
Waiting, wait...

The Angel Who Fell To Earth
He walked with the silver linings of the clouds
There he rested, an angel of mine once known
To the Heavens above, which let him out to play
Unmovable like a sword stuck in a stone
Excalibur... a knight clasped by angel's wings
Merged under the setting sun and entered the night
There he came by and pondered life itself
And why he had been cast out by the light
Holding my hand as I offer it to him
Come follow me, I'll show you the way back up there

Facing each other as we sing the night away
Touch one another as we break the dawn in two
Restless under covers of silk and flowers
Petals that rise and shine like the sun
Within these others we could be you and I
And love and be and test the times
Rise my loved one and do not ever fear
We are one at times within these moments
There lay our masks as we stop to play

A Word Is Not A Word
Bring back the days of splendour
When a word was still a word
When respectful comments were made
And denigrating slang was still unheard
Why a goodlooking man or woman
Should be called the name of an object
Instead of the true splendid soul they are
To me is not understood; it lacks respect
Surely it is well meant and nice to say
Easy enough on the lips, rolls on the tongue
In a way it's a compliment that's true
But to me still there's something wrong

Denise is a true one of a kind!
Over the past few years she has become one of my very dearest friends, both online and in "real life".
She has a true generosity of spirit that goes beyond anything that I've previously witnessed.
She also has the soul and nature of a true artiste in every sense of the word.
I can only count myself to be blessed in the greatest sense of the word to both know her and have her as a friend.

Denise..a one of a kind Lady,..with a soft and very loving nature. Kind, caring, personable, thoughtful and everything more that is out there that is good! She is a beautiful soul complete with faery wings waiting to whisk you away on a journey to all things pleasureable! I am honoured to called her "Friend" and more honoured that she accepted me as such,..and I've known her less than a month! I love this Lady and so will anyone out there for that matter!
You ROCK Denise,..plain and simple..:-))
