Stella called her Dad a 'grumpy old troll'.

She asked what she could do to make the 'grumpy old troll happy', and the grumpy old troll replied "when Stella listens to me, and behaves herself, it makes me happy" and Stella said "Noooo, those aren't real things"..."I mean, real things, like, like, you know, petunia flowers, fireworks, and flying horses!!!!".

I worked for 9 years as a Nanny. For all you renters, do you have it? Just curious. I am thinking the majority do not, but when my neighbor's dishwasher flooded her apartment (exactly what I feel may be about to happen right now), she was covered and therefore able to replace a lot of her damaged furniture.
