Darius is a gentleman, an artist, and my *God* can he give a massage.

Perhaps he's carrying an amusing plastic toy today, or a fragrant rose bud. In any case, for massage, conversation and sheer wonderful personality, he's hands down the best in town."

In my twisted little corner of the universe, the hands of Darius equal the hands of fate. The man's massage skills and powers of persuasion have become local legend. Moreover, all the changes in my life in the last several years can be traced to being Darius's fault, and for that I forever curse and thank him.

I miss Darius.

Darius hugs very well, and I'm finicky about hugs. And don't even get me started on backrubs.

Sometimes, though, he's sneaky. He'll trick you into drinking a Santa Cruz Roasting Company espresso-milkshake-with-five-shots-of-damn-espresso-in-it, and then you can't do anything except sit in place for an hour, and wonder why the walls are transparent and the floor is all shaky.

But those instances are rare.

I like being watched by Darius *giggle*.
