about me
I just moved from the explosions of San Francisco and into the heart of Seattle. I'm quirky, I like my art more than I like my men.

I'm in the bathroom of the rebar pissing in a trough the size of a sink. My drink is half empty.

No. My drink is half full. I'm incredibly pee shy so I strain to think of other things to get me empty. A basket of flowers, kittens, running through a field of wheat... no,.. riding through a field of wheat on a three wheeler chasing rabbits with my uncle Hallard in Rutherford Tennessee.. Too obscure. I immediately became supersitious as our friend 'stinky' metioned so casually "whatever you do on the strike of midnight will be what you will be doing for the rest of the year"... I suppose I half believed it because I was raised in a very superstitious Irish Catholic family, and half because it was sort of true. Each new year moment resembled much of the rest of the hundreds of days that followed.

The grocery store seemed more vibrant as I listened to music blaring through my ears. My hands tightly gripped the shopping cart handlebars as I nonchalantly watched the lemons and oranges blare in their neon glory. Kale and spinach sultrily shined with glistening water as I passed them by. I bagged them all, the fruits, the vegetables, the plain boxes of brown rice... and sat them in my healthy boring assortment wheeled cage of grocery glory.
