You make a good point. I've seen the way this person conducts themselves elsewhere however so I'm not too worried about missing out.
And you are correct, feedback is essential in successful and sophisticated marketing.

I'll reserve judgment on the books as I haven't read them... I do think it possible for a book (or other product) to be excellent while the marketing is annoying, shitty, or otherwise. There are books that I avoided for years because I hated the cover art or the jacket blurbs, but liked when I did finally read them.
While he may or may not have "powerful magick" in his books... his marketing attempts are probably costing him more sales than they are making. What's even worse is that he doesn't follow up by reading these threads to find out the results. Feedback is essential to good marketing.
