Day of Sol!

Many of the Ancient Ones are worshiped in High Places...
Meru, Olympus, Sinai, Kailash.
These Peak Moments, wherein we Commune with the Lords of the Sky,
give rise to such Visions...burning on the lens of my inner Eye.

I can scarcely keep up with them all...it takes so long to render in form
that which so quickly bursts forth and whirls away.

Early this morning, the links occurred whereby the next level of my artwork
will now proceed. So many images in my head...
now so much closer to the World that i share
with all other Creator-Selves.

What wonders this season shall reveal!

Despite the apparent perception of approaching recession and lack,
most of those reading this live in a culture into which has been accumulated
the majority of the wealth and energy of the human world.
Think of all the plunder of gold in the "Conquest" era
and of all of the economic manipulation since that has lead to the current
moment in time, wherein most of us can manifest such dreams, fancies and visions
on the material plane if we get motivated.
I feel ambivalently about this because I love my artist's life of easy self-expression,
yet I know that it is fueled by centuries of blood and pillage.

my question is:
What are we here to do with this massive accumulation of energy?
It all comes dirty...more negative Karma than any of us can ever imagine...
yet we are responsible for the direction of its flow.
we are born into a position where our intentions connect to an incredible
amount of material resource. From the fulcrum where we stand, we can move mountains.
What are we doing with it? What are we to do with it? What is our role in this story?
What can we do to use our privilege for the benefit of life-systems larger than our personal gratification?

Chinese Gardens to the Rescue

My churchy Aunt and her preacher husband are in town from Florida...
I like the Aunt but there are only two safe subjects that we can talk about (diet and scenery)
Because I am diplomatic and seek to communicate with those who do not share my trips,
I am taking them to the Portland Classical Chinese Garden downtown...lots of safe,neutral foci for our attention.
My goal is to be kind without being fake, to maintain my sense of the life that I have without being confrontational...
but this is tricky when dealing with those with whom I had to battle in order to attain
my post-larval stage as a designer mutant.

Deafness and Thought-Forms?

My thoughts tend to occur as words sometimes with accompanying images.
The dialog in my head is experienced as if it were an actual verbal dialog, usually.

If someone is deaf, and does not experience verbal communication,
in what form is thought experienced?

I do not know how to go about asking this question to someone who would
directly know the answer, so maybe someone could fill me in
or point me in a good direction of inquiry?
