Crawling with scissors

Things continue to be tight around here, even as I find myself working at my clothes full time. These are the latest from my fertile imagination -- Virgin Vintage Polyester, Never Been Sewed, skirts. I have become quite taken with these fabrics, and I write about them in my sewing blog:

It's a slow going. Everyone loves my skirts, dresses, shirts and cuffs. I get lots of "hearts" there, as people favorite my store. They say it takes a while to establish a presence, and that one has to publish, market, blog, push the merch. That's something I find hard to do -- you know that song -- "it's hard out there for a pimp" -- and I'm supposed to pimp my clothes!

Well, friends, I'm gonna try. So y'all tell me what you think. y'heah?

joining the X generation

Mac OS X, that is! Ever since Tribe went with the new format, I've been unable to see it at home on my own 'puter. So the sweetest man just gifted me with a G4 and all, so at least now I can read my friends' blogs without going to the library!

'course that means that the last 4 days have been spent migrating...but not migraining, so that's good! Now...back to work on sewing!
