So, I am sitting here at my desk wondering what happened to my last session. I had a client scheduled for 11 am, but did not follow up with me to confirm our appointment. He did not feel comfortable giving me his phone number and all I had was an email address. The email address was not correct. I tried sending him the conformation email three times and three times it came back to me. So, instead, I'm using this time to reach out to new people, connect with some women for the Goddess party I'm having this Friday, and the following Friday as well. And, put my business back in shape, so to speak! It's been a long time since I've been on here and a long time since I was in a place of feeling alive, whole, extroverted, good about myself, authentic, in my radiance and beauty, and after 10 months of my baby being alive and out of my belly, I finally feel I am back home to me! THE COLOR BLUE - Found out today - IT'S A BOY!

Wow, all this mellow calming blissful radiant peaceful chilling out style of a pregnancy, and I find out the news today. It's a boy. So, to all you who guessed it was a girl, the guess has been found wrong. However, Elie and I went to a medium after we got handfasted last month and she predicted either a girl or a very balanced masculine and feminine boy. So, there you have it! It's a boy. So, I still get to give him my brother Tommy as his middle name. :-). But all the popularity on the first name I chose, I'm thinking of new ideas so as to not be like all the others. I want something unique, fun, powerful, creative, spiritual but at the same time not too strange so as to to avoid any name-picking when he gets a little older. However, unique names are now becoming more popular and more common. And, I'm starting to notice that many adults who have unique names also are very succesful. Many things to consider. There's much to plan for and much to arrange, but I did choose to do a home water birth and finally found a mid-wife. I decided to stop waiting for Mr. El to help me and did things on my own, which I will need to be doing a lot of. Any of you who truly believe are my friends and want to donate any things from your pregnancy or first years of your baby I would be overwhelmed with joy and appreciation! I have two friends that may be able to contribute some baby clothes which is a huge help, and I really don't mind second hand things of others as well. It's amazing how many things a new life needs, but taking it one day at a time and not to become overwhelmed is the greatest blessing to handling this new change and transition into this new life and way of living. I'm finally getting the acupressure, massage and flower essences I need, as well as maintenance of chiropractic and loving Pre-natal Yoga. I'm up to two pre-natal classes a week, and may move to 3. It's the best thing ever and my body is totally loving it, and feels more open now than it did even before I got pregnant. What a blessing in disguise! And, the most bizzare and glorious thing is that I'm finally working on completing projects that had been sitting for years waiting for me to take notice. Well, my little baby Ganesh and powerful mission maker of completion is really helping me to get on top of the ballgame. College getting completed, finances getting in order, business getting together, books getting completed, really getting ready to teach classes on Tantra and Relationships, investments being made or at least preparing to learn, certifications getting completed, and so much more. My love to all my beautiful yoga friends, teachers and healers goes a long way. Baby Shower invitations are going to have to come out soon, so to those of you I don't have your mailing address, please email me to dakinislove@gmail.com and I will send you an invitation. Things are definitely going to change! I can't wait to enjoy this experience with Tommy and the rest of my family. Reiki: Reiki is a form of healing. With intention energy comes out of the hands to heal the body, mind and soul. Reiki is another word for ki or chi, prana, or ray – in other words: energy. Reiki is an ancient form of healing that was hidden for centuries and is now available to the public. This form of healing can heal anything you desire and anything you believe it can heal. It is a gentle healing session where you can lay on a massage table, a mat on the floor, or anywhere that is comfortable for you. It works with the energies around you that cannot be seen by the visible eye, and the energies of love and light that desire to come to you to help you in exactly what you need. The title Reiki is the basic title for many forms of Reiki, however, the original Reiki is known as Usui. Usui Reiki is excellent for relaxing, stress, and a nice form of healing if you are new to energy healing modalities. Shamballa: Shamballa Multidimensional Healing, or Shamballa Reiki is a much more advanced form of Reiki that encompasses many more symbols than Usui, and actually is even more ancient than Usui. Shamballa has the energies of all other Reiki's and many of the symbols are used in this form. Shamballa goes deeper into the body, and deeper into the past to heal old karma or old issues. The difference with the Reiki above and Shamballa Reiki is that Shamballa you can sometimes feel the hand underneath the skin and inside the body where as Reiki you can feel the gentle subtle energies on top of the skin. Shamballa is a more masculine energy and Usui Reiki is more feminine. Shamballa is excellent for working with deities, angels, Ascended Masters, healing Past lives and karma, as well as healing deep issues of fear, pain, sadness, or more intense health problems. Shamballa deals with connecting you to your soul, helping you to see the truth of who you are, as well as balancing and clearing chakras. igili Energy Healing: Igili Healing with the angels – igili is the name of a group of angels that were channeled by Victoria Pendragon, who invented this form of healing. The difference with igili and all other healing energies is that igili goes in the body to dissolve energies so that the lesson or karma can be learned. Most other healing energies are meant to pull out the energies from within, and often the lesson is difficult to learn because it can no longer be seen. Many times I combine different modalities into one session. However, if you are drawn to one in particular, I will stick with that throughout the entire session to give you a strong feel for what that energy is like. Igili is also a gentle form of healing, and it is excellent when dealing with health issues. Tera-Mei Seichem Reiki: Tera-Mei Seichem is one of my favorite forms of energy healing. The original source is from Hawaii, and this form of healing focuses on the elements of the Earth: Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit. This Reiki is excellent if you are strongly connected to the energies of the Earth, as well as desire grounding. It is also good if you are feeling a lot of heat in your body, or are cold. This is a very subtle form of healing that helps you connect with your own guardian angel. I often use this form of Reiki on myself when I am hot, if I ever have cramps or need to relax. I love the feeling of my guardian angel and other angel friend being right beside me, and this form of Reiki helps you feel safe if it is the first time feeling your angels so close to you. Kundalini Reiki: Kundalini Reiki works with the energies of kundalini, and in a sense is similar to tantra. Kundalini Reiki helps open up the energies of the kundalini serpent at the tail of the spine. There can sometimes be a wave in the experience of Reiki as the kundalini energy begins to open. However, if this is not achieved, I can help you to experience this awakening with any of the Tantra practices I offer during this session or at a separate time. See above, or ask me for the website for more information. Integrative Energy Therapy: Integrative Energy Therapy or IET, is a gentle yet powerful form of healing which clears and balances the chakras and energy centers around the body and aura. This form of healing is one of my favorite and most often used on friends and myself. Many times we have pain or discomfort and emotional distress that we feel in our physical body, but when we look closer at our energy body around our physical body, we will notice that it is actually stuck in our auric field. When this auric field is cleared, then often times the physical and emotional discomfort disappears. This form of healing is very similar to reiki, however, it is much more specific with its focus in how it heals. It does heal the physical body, but only through healing the energy around the physical body can this be achieved. Reiki also teaches this, however in Reiki it is learned more over time. In IET, I will ask you to focus on your favorite being of light to support you throughout the session. Frequency Balancing Healing: FB is an excellent form of healing if you are unsure of what it is you need to heal or even if you are skeptical of healing. FB helps seal and clear holes in the aura and eliminate dark areas anywhere on the body or energetic field. FB is also excellent for scanning the body as I intuit what it is that is needed. FB is mostly done off the body to clear imbalanced energy or meridians. I highly recommend anyone who has never tried this method of healing to at least try a full session once. Chakra Balancing: Chakra Balancing can be achieved in numerous ways, and I recommend you to research on your own to find the ways that feel the best for you. Chakra Balancing is always good to do, and often is the first step to healing. You will learn about each chakra and what their emotional components are, as well as the best way to heal each one. However, there is no one best way and figuring out things for yourself by your own trial and error is often the most achievable approach. I offer Chakra Balancing in my Sessions of Reiki, FB, Shamballa, Tantra, and also a simple yet intense Chakra Meditation exercise we do together one on one. The Chakra Meditation, like all other modalities listed here, can be done over the phone or in person. The CM is done just like other healing sessions, and can last from 30 minutes up to many hours. In this exercise we focus on rotating all the chakras until they are all rotating on their own, and then we begin to focus on clearing one chakra at a time. In this exercise, there is the potential to feel out of your body or extremely enlightened in just one session. It is an exercise that once taught, can be done alone in your own home. I recommend this meditation and visualization done when you are not driving, however, it can be done at any time. For Chakra Balancing, I may also use the pendulum or crystals in our session. However, the crystals are best used in a session in person. Psychic Guidance with the pendulum, Tarot Readings, Angelic connection, Angel readings: Intuitive Counseling: Past Life Healing: All sessions can be affiliated with candles, incense, aromatherapy, sage (or in other words smudging) and is in a quiet relaxing yoga and feng shui environment. It's Official - I'm Pregnant

It's been a couple months since you've seen me online. Please forgive my absence as I have been going through many changes this summer. My beloved and I had separated for a couple weeks, however, during our separation we both went through some major breakthroughs that allowed us to heal what was keeping us from our communication being clear, and acknowledging what we were lacking in ourselves. Since having gone through such a powerful healing during this time in July, we came back together and fell in love all over again. We went down to the shore and treated each other like angels and saw the real beauty of who we are in each other. He honored me in my process, and I honored his in him. I was healing a deep issue of rape that had happened last summer, and he was learning about boundaries in how to support me. We both healed huge pieces of ourselves, and as a reward, we came back from the shore, and not a week later goes by, and I found out that I am pregnant. Now, the conception had to have happened around July 10th, only a short period of time before our separation. The only other option we can think of is Immaculate Conception, because after this I was not with him, nor anyone else during this time. We are not sure of the exact date as I have not yet had an ultrasound. However, we do know that the due date is around April 10th to April 19th. And, my intuition is that it is definitely a male energy, whether it is a masculine sign of Aries and a female, or a male Aries or Taurus. We will find out in time, but our biggest focus and desire is for a beautiful healthy and happy baby. I will be continuing my work as a Dakini, and would still love to see my regular clients, as they have all grown to become friends. However, I have decided to add some new approaches that feel really good to me to provide right now. I will be working with Couples in Tantra, Counseling and Healing Sessions. I will also be looking into hiring a Serogate Woman to do some of the Sexual exchange that my body is not responding to giving right now; such as Full Service and Goddess Worship Sessions. I will still be providing all other services except for those just mentioned. My beloved and I also feel this may be safer for the protection of the babies growth. My Beloved, Elie, and I also plan to move in together, and are hoping to move into a house he found in Mt. Arie before the birth of the baby. I will let you know when this happens. I also have a good friend Marc, who will be coming up from DC to take pictures of my body in it's present state; nearing the end of my First Trimester. I hope to continue having pictures taken through the whole term of the pregnancy, and plan to post them as they come. I am also hoping to submit some for possible opportunities of modeling. I am presently in my 9th week, and my energy comes and goes, but come week twelve, I plan to be very busy. I love you all and thank you for being in my life! Astarte (p.s. Sexual Appetite, Questions by Lexie and Astarte’s Responses. “What is a healthy sexual appetite?” A sexual appetite is different for each person. A sexual appetite is the desire that is created within you to respond to yourself and the external world. Sexual desire is the same as your passion for writing, for singing, for dancing, for walking and for anything you want in the world. Sexual desire is the passion that is created within you to build a momentum of joy for bliss in every moment. Not every person sees Sexual Energy as sexual energy, but reflects it onto other things. The only reason is because they are blocked of their deeper emotions, as most people in the world are. Sexual energy is the same as emotional energy and spiritual energy. It is all the same, as it all comes from the same source; the love of the self, true bliss within! “Is sex something that a person needs everyday, every week, every month, every year?” A healthy person would have sex every day, and even several times a day. Most people do not understand the value of allowing their sexual energies to release. Sexual energy is healing energy, and as we allow the sexual energy to clear within ourselves, and let go to the universe we have the utmost potential for creating miracles in the world. As we “release” we can create power, for ourselves and the world. The release of the sexual energy, sexual liquids, that are called Amrita, have the ability to manifest all your desires, as you let go of the old, the negative and allow more love to come in. However, again, the reason why people do not allow themselves to experience this pleasure, this bliss, is because of the beliefs held in the subconscious mind that tell you “I don’t care,” “I don’t want it,” “I’m not good enough”, “I don’t need it,” “I don’t love him/her”, in other words: “I don’t love myself”, “I’m mad at him/her,” and so on. These are negative conditions that have been trained to us since we were children, and the only way to remove these conditions is to educate yourself as much as possible of what the truth is for you, removing these patterns and controls over your mind through tantric practices and sexual healing rituals, or other forms and tools of emotional processing to get to the root of who you are and why you hold onto beliefs that keep you from allowing yourself to have all the love that is waiting for you, that is limitless in possibilities. “Our perception of sex in this society is out of balance.” Yes, society’s perception of sex of completely out of balance, and not many people know the answers. Sex is natural, as much as eating and releasing toxins on the body. Humans are creatures made to have sex, and perform intimacy with the self and others. Without this contact, humans die; from their minds, from their passions, from their hearts desires and emotions stay stagnant and left hidden within. It is natural for the body to perform, and any instance the sexual appetite is awakened, is a perfect opportunity to not only receive pleasure, nurturing and love, but an amazing ability to release old wounds left hidden within the subconscious mind. Sex is an ancient ritual for healing; in all aspects of its dimensions. “We our gluttons for activities such as eating, drinking, smoking; how do we recover a natural balance?” The best we can do is try. If you are out of balance, it may not have anything to do with sex, but with the emotional turmoil within your own mind. Sexual activity may be the only tool some know available to heal. When you allow life to flow, you become free. If you have questions of a deeper need of balancing diet, eating, and smoking, the best thing to do is remove yourself from such objects until you see the attachment you have on them. Going through a meditation detox and spiritual awakening can help see more clearly of what is keeping you from your own balance. Finding a Healer or Therapist to target specific issues to address is an excellent way to get to the root of what is keeping you out of balance. And, of course, time can be the greatest teacher. “How do we know what a healthy sexual appetite is? The media and society would have us believe that it is something that we want all the time, as much as possible, whenever we can get it.” A healthy sexual appetite is whatever is appropriate for you. When you honor your body, your feelings and your process, then you are living a healthy sexual appetite. Many people are afraid of sex and sexual energy and don’t know what to do with it. They run from it, and push it away. However, allowing the sexual energy to flow through you is exactly what can bring you to the truth of your own blocks and issues that have nothing to do with sex, but with self love. “How do we really feel inside?” How do we really feel inside, or how do you really feel inside? Whatever is true for you is your truth, and whatever is true for me is my truth. Everything is temporary and all emotions can be healed when you allow them to. It doesn’t matter what they are, but it does matter that you honor them and love them. “How much would sex factor into our daily lives if we didn't have this kind of unhealthy exposure and obsession?” Sex would factor into our lives as much as we desired it to be. Being sexual is having self-love and giving sex or receiving it is allowing that self-love to manifest through you onto yourself and onto others. Having self-love is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and to others. Every moment you experience love is another opportunity to grow into a more powerful, beautiful and amazing person; as you are! “What does sex mean to you?” To me, sex is a blessing. Sex is a gift from God, and sex is as natural as eating, sleeping and speaking. Sex is an opportunity to grow into a multi-dimensional being filled with love to heal the self, myself, and the world. Those who suppress sex, are only suppressing their feelings and giving their will away to a hidden reality that does not exist. To become alive, passionate and excited in life, Sex is the strongest tool for creating it. Sex is love, and without love, we become weak, stagnant, stale and cold. Sex is beauty, and a radiant form of igniting passion into all areas of our lives; not just with those we share sexual intimacy with. It gives us the potential for living in bliss, and isn’t that what we all want? To live in bliss every day and every moment we can possible. The world would be a much happier place if we were all living in bliss, rather than living in fear! “and how often do you really need it?” I trust my feelings and allow sexual interactions to occur as often as my heart, and body is open for it to be received. I am excited to work in partnership with my new beloved, El. It's an amazing journey going on the path of tantra, transformation, bliss and open relationships living out the role of a Dakini. I am now confident in my love with my beloved, as well as my availability to my clients and other friends. My new life now, with my Beloved, is an amazing journey, and I foresee many amazing things happening with us; including having Double Goddess/God Sessions for clients as a Dakini and a Daka holding the space for others to heal. He is still in training, however, is very far along, and has been a Shamanic Healer for many years and Tantra/Kundalini is second nature to him. STAYING EMPOWERED BY CHOICE

As I breathed deeply in the tub tonight, and settled into what my body was asking, a session of EFT, privately and with deep awareness as I always do, I came to some beautiful conclusions and realizations. I am on a deep powerful journey, of love, of Consciousness, of presence, of Sacred Sexuality, and Polyamory and as I dove into the depth of my feelings and love these past five weeks, my body as my pendulum of psychic awareness gives and communicates to me all the guidance I need. I, and "my body" do not need someone else to massage or heal me, or fix anything. As I sit alone, and be with myself, I do the inner work, and realize what it is my body is reacting to. My body tells me, take time, be present, not only with others, but also yourself. As I awoke from a beautiful dream this morning with my Beloved Spiritual Sister Anandamayi Ma, and a disciple of hers who calls me at the home I grew up in as a child, "love yourself and take care of yourself as if you were nurturing your own little girl. Love yourself with more depth than you ever realized." Tears of realization rolled down my face of love and gratitude for this guidance to come through me so strong. I am choosing to stay empowered, and as I choose I create. I desire balance, and I am doing this by allowing space, integration, patience and openness to others, to myself, joy and confidence. I have chosen the path of Sacred Sexuality, and this path requires a lot of humbleness and trust in every moment, and every situation. I have lovers and friends all throughout the world, and I choose to remain in connection with them all, as we are inspired in each and every moment. I do not want anyone getting in my way of reaching out, but it is not others who get in my way, it is only I that allows myself to get in the way. And my boundaries come up as I realize my fantasy and dream that is sitting in front of me as my lover always needs time to integrate and create a foundation for each other. I choose to create balance and harmony in all my relations, and as I choose, so it is. All relationships have different levels. Some are closer than others. Some are casual acquaintances of a deep connection of love, and some I never see again. My choice is remaining strong in my power, and as my power gets stronger, so do my lovers. And, as my lovers get stronger, we get to experience true bliss in every moment we meet, and being guiding lights on our paths of transformation, rather than empty pockets of lack and need. My choice is to some day have a primary partner again, but truly choosing out of love, awareness, experience and structure. I choose to create life and make it out of choice, rather than let it and accept. Everything takes time to be manifested, and every journey of healing brings you closer to your dreams and a reality of bliss!

I am motivated to create the order

I am motivated to create the order I want because of my relationship with Elie because I am now ready. Perhaps if I was open to another guy that wanted to spend a lot of time with me also, I would be working on the same thing, but as it is presently, Elie is the lucky guy to have rewarded me with such pleasure. And, I am the lucky lady to reward him with my light and love. My intention in being with him was to create structure in my Tantra practices, but being with him has not only brought structure to my Tantra practices, and better sessions with my clients, but also structure with my entire life. So as much as he is where he is in his direction and career, he has inspired me to manifest perfect abundance and balance in mine. Because of that reason alone, I can love him even more, accept him for where he is and be so grateful for having him. The amazing thing is that no one has been able to do this for me when I’ve wanted it for a long time. And, now after all this time Elie is the one; the manifester and invisible wealthy and successful millionaire; as he will and is helping me to become this!

The Art of Completion

For the first time in my life, I am not only beginning the journey of writing a book, but I know I am going to complete it. As of Sept. this year, I came to the realization that my empowerment has begun, and the book needs to be written, and will be. I toyed with the title for a while, and put it on hold while creating another book of Prayers & Healing for my best friend Jessica Pavin, who is very ill. I am now coming back to my old passion of creativity, as I know it to be strong and karmically my soul desires to be fulfilled. I will keep you posted as the process continues. I am offering conscious healing to support, heal, and transform the mind, body and spirit. Sessions generally start at 1 1/2 hours, and anything from Energy Healing, Guided Meditation, Guided Counseling, Massage, Acupressure and Intimacy Therapy could be performed. I am also in Yoga Teacher Training and may offer suggestions to self healing on your own. My healing session is based on consciousness and connection. I meet the client in my counseling/meditation room after walking into my old relaxing apartment. We make eye contact and I ask you your intentions for the session. I then cater the session to what is needed at the time we meet. I help people with emotional processing, breathing, meditating and getting into the body. I may use energy healing, chakra clearing, intuitive channeling or healing. Or, I may move into a session of Shiatsu/Thai Yoga/Acupressure/Sacred Massage. From there, we may go deeper into our connection, and as we connect and breathe together, I help to move whatever issues, or feelings are coming up at the time! Love and Namaste, Astarte!
