We met as white faced warriors, tearing away our sharpee striped wife beaters to emphasize our transformation in who we were amongst a gathering of the tribes. I was mesmerized later when I saw him stride swiftly down a river with Gods and Goddesses with only a bamboo pole to guide him forward. We have danced with the bears in the fullness of the moon at an Indian forest and we've soared with comets on a cosmic night... but I still hadn't gotten to know Avo during these times.

... it was at a moment when I was lost and grieving that he allowed me to manifest a connection with him. He brought out my creative nature and through this I was able to heal my wounds. He continues to let my creative spirit shine and it has made a huge impact on me and for this I will always be grateful.
