My hip is healing well, I am using a cane. My physical therapist and occupational therapist are pleased with my progress after only three weeks after the operation, but my age has played a part in the progress. There a some things (of a private matter that are a concern of mine) but I will ask the doctor on Friday. In the fall, I also managed to hurt my left hand, the pain is intense but not constant. Well, I have done something strange...what you ask? I am a 40 year old man with a broken hip. It happened at work on 02/12. I was stepping out of a parked semi- truck trailer, landed on the asphalt and BAM!!!. I was in the hospital for 10 days and am going to rehab and the DR's now. It ain't fun but it ain't stopping me. Life is full of those surprises. The picture above is what happened and how it was repaired.

Today... I got tricked, the company that I returned to six months ago has informed all of the employees that they will be closing in fourteen months, so I am again going to be looking for work (again) but I am not delusioned or in a state of panic, I am confident and hopeful. For the past month, I have been told by several guys I remind them of the actor, Michael Keaton in appearance. This was four totally unrelated men in four unrelated places on four seperate days, the stars must have been in some strange alignment. I ask myself, do I? I ask you, do I?
