Well, I received my Hoopnotica Certification information. Now I just need to find the confidence somewhere within me to actually videotape myself hooping!!! I've got a long way to go before I get to that point so I'll just have to take it one day at a time! Tonight, I decided to practice hooping in my outflow while watching The Biggest Loser. I'm so glad that I found an activity that I enjoy and that doesn't involve a large piece of gym equipment! (Treadmills - yuck!)

Well, I finally did it! I decided to order the Distance Teacher Training program from Hoopnotica.
