I love loving most of all in this world. I am grateful that over the last six years I have become more open to others and more appreciative of the majesty that I see in EveryOne. There's so much beauty in all of us!!

I treasure the intimate sharing that unfolds gradually between two open hearts--we all become greater as our lives encompass more and more.

So many people here are into Burning Man, it's wild! I went in 1999 and 2004 and I adore the energy there. I try to ignore the cliquishness and just focus on the positive vibrations--so many people there are expressing themselves and encouraging others to do the same!! Plus there's such a deep interest in healing and a love of the body that I treasure. Just being there has been part of my own healing process. I guess the only way to see how much "money" and the money culture limits our lives is to get away from it for awhile.

Ever since encounterning BM, I've known that I want to be part of a year-round community built along similar principles.

I have been a follower of the Muslim/Sufi way since my heart first opened in 1999. I welcome any messages from others who strive to follow the Way or are interested in learning more. As in Rumi's well-known poem, I have fallen off the path and flat on my face many times, but I keep coming back for more. Where else is there to go? I am trying to learn to let the vacuum grow in my heart instead of always rushing to fill it.

Does anyone know the meaning of the "Black Dahlia" symbol in ancient mythology? Please message me if you do--it means a lot to me. I have been trying to find it for six years now...
