Keep seeing different videos available for learning zills. I want to brush up my skills and learn or relearn the patterns and rythms. Does anyone have suggestions or reviews of zill videos? I know that Ansunya and Michelle Joyce both have vids. I do not want to waste money for a lousy vid. Shimmys 
The show was amazing and getting to see such a variety of dance forms in one show is a nice treat. I had forgotten how amazing Leyla and Roland are to watch, they are so playful with each other and the audience. Abq has got so awesome talent in the dance world. Having newly come back to NM it is wonderful to see friends dancing and see what new things that they are doing.

They are amazing and so much fun. I love getting to see friends and folks that I have not seen in a very long time. I got to dance tonight and it was so wonderful. To get all the love and support from the community is great. Thank you all for your words of encouragement and love. I am now ready to start working on my Wiggles of the West routine! I am in a new place that is wonderful and I can not wait to see what is headed my way. 
So I have been pouting over my music much like you did a few weeks ago. I am not sure what I want to perform to, classical or modern Arabic pop. To do classical would be a stretch for me, but I am putting in 20-30 min a day and will do more when I know the music as that is first.

It was such a wonderful time that was had by all. I have to agree with both Meagan and Susan the vibe of the show was wonderful. Getting to watch all of the dancers and the open dancing at the end, amazing. It was wonderful to reconnect with so many folks that I have not seen in years. It was not just the show. it was the warm embrace I received from all of my dance sisters last night that brought out the dancer in me again.
