I belong to a few bellydance tribes, and a Reiki tribe that I always check in on. Some art ones, too. But this is the one where I feel really at home. :D

I remember when I wore braces (also for two years) that after every check up (and tightening) my mouth would be sore for a few days, but I usually got 2-3 weeks of comfortable eating in between visits. Smoothies were a favorite of mine. :D
