My name is Aziza Amy Poggi. I am the singer for my band Dendura (which just signed to Killzone Records) in which we mix in Egyptian and middle eastern sounds in our music being I am part Middle Eastern (Lebanese and Egyptian-Arabic).
I am very obsessed with the Egyptian culture and we bring it to our shows as well sometimes, so if your a belly dancer, hit me up! Dendura has been on the news (WZZM ch 13 ABC) for our work and sound, we did a theme song for Comedy Central Broadband for the show "Monsters" and we also do film scoring. Besides music, I have been in feature films and even did assistant casting on "61" (Billy Crystal, Thomas Jane, Berry Pepper) and "Hardball" Keanu Reeves and Diane Lane plus teach beginning to intermediate acting through Class Tlnt Agency in Lansing, MI. I recently starred in "Broken", have been in commercials and independents and will be doing a couple more films this Spring/Summer.
