I'm your basic geek. Studied philosophy and played with computers in college. Decided that it pays better to work with computers and play with philosophy in the marketplace. Yes, I'm a cubical dwelling corporate whore, but I do get paid too much to do too little. I'd probably do it even if I wasn't getting paid. Please don't tell this to my boss.

Things I love: diving (Sky, SCUBA and ... never mind), twin engine motorcycles, the novels of Thomas Pynchon, the philosophical observations of Wittgenstein, going to a matinee on a beautiful sunny day, dancing 'til daylight, cuddle-sluts, living in the city, getting away from it all in the country, art that makes me think.

Things I hate: the suburbs, theocracy, phone messages, the depressing popularity of 'reality' television and pre-fabricated pop music.
