Been awhile since I have been a-blogging...

Last year I met this wonderful man, John.
You guessed it-we met on the skytrain.

The love story begins with a vision of my husband during a Mind,Body, Spirit class at Rhodes and, a word from my spiritual counselor "Leah-You won't have to go looking for love-Love will find you". Exactly 1 hr & 1/2 later, I stepped onto the Expo Line train and chose to sit beside this man.

I was about to start my homework which was titled "Branching Point" when John, whose name I intuitively knew, struck up a conversation that lasted all the way to his stop. He gave me his number and asked that I call to go out for a coffee date.

Yea--I don't drink coffee. I don't give out my personal info easily and there I was saying ,"yes-I'll call."

Well--the rest is history--or,herstory or ourstory.

9 months this month--a promise ring and plans for our future of a trip to Vegas, Saskatchewan and, well, as many of the states and provinces we can travel to and through.

We often give thanks for the day we met -to God and to us for doing things so differently that day.

Yesterday I was asked to write up a Valentines poem and I replied in one word--"John"
