Had to work very, very late because of many, many reasons...as usual. Had an appointment earlier today with my attorney for business shtuff...my attorney and her right-hand woman are in a very small office on the South-side....while waiting for my appointment, noticed a little cluster of things on the floor that reminded me of a small haven for a "dog at the office"...(my dog comes with me to work, as he's epileptic...)

My poor Ryan was celebrating his 14th birthday, but he'd agreed to photog. IN-3d at the show. Looked at him about mid-way and he was TOAST.....awwwwww, well....he had a buddy coming later to play video football....had to get him there...he was such a trooper... by the time I got back, it was darn near done.... grrrrrrrrr.....sigh.....goes with the territor... read more

I wish all bellydancers in the midwest could come together in some sort of coalition/ orginization to bring a large body of talent to many different tangible and, in some cases, salable events as a unit...a show! Why does "Miles" have to be the only one who has had this vision ( and a very slanted one at that!) It seems that so often we get skewed from each other by "politics" or some other kind of judgmental "schism" that many talented people/ groupes go by the wayside of public shows. If ot...
