So if I don't return your emails or phone calls, I'm not being my usual flaky self, I actually have an excuse this time.
I am off to Massachusetts to do a 10 day Vipassana silent meditation course. I am excited, but also a little nervous since I did this 2 years ago, so I actually know what I'm getting myself into this time.
