i have jumped off a driving train to save my child who had gone out of from it at the station and the train started before i could get myself and the luggage out... and not only did i not break myself (fear was to jump and break myself and/or die so i wont be able to come to my child probably looking for me at the station, anyway) but i landed on my 2 feet and thought - "see, piece of cake"... the only thing that was missing w... read more

the only way i could work with them was through movement/dance and then i have found genpo roshi on youtube in action working with them... and opened me up to further dissection of my Self... www.youtube.com/watch now - even doing only this facilitaion (especially if you make a whole session of videos) brings amazing insights..... read more
