Yesterday I did three sessions of 45 minutes each. I use bike inner tube to protect the skin, cable ties and then a steel hose clip over the top. Each time I positioned the two cable ties so that each buckle was over the dorsal nerves, and put the steel clip over the top, driving the buckles into the shaft.
