That, that I love; Being completely in a moment, fire, the peace I feel while making art, power tools, my shop, Yoga, teaching Yoga, my Yoga students, dancing around the fire, any kind of exercise, spiritual, mental, and physical health, not smoking, figuring it out, dangerous stuff, candles, candles in trees, a camp site lit up with torches and candles and random acts of creativity, that moment when you realize that some one sees beauty in you, art that expresses emotion, sunsets, thunderstorms, playing my guitar from the heart, being in the woods, rain outside my bedroom window, the color of the sky between sunset and dark, technical tree climbing (its not just for kids anymore), tea, coffee, driving way to fast, the sound in the forest right after it snows, smiles that say I want you, soul connections, the truth, sushi, people who know and love themselves, sex, heights, big dogs, Buddhism, books, 600 thread count sheets, breaking bread with friends, spirituality (not religion), being clean and sober, music, money, being understood, the journey, trust, and Love.
Things I could do without; Republicans, pop culture, malls, commercialism, greed, pessimism, drunkenness, addiction, yappy dogs, fast food, singers that want to yell at me, hip hop, victims, people that don’t mean what they say, resentment, and small talk.
I'm just havin a good time. Life is what you think it is, so be careful what you think. I know what it is like to have a broken soul and have experienced the glory of its repair. I don’t sweat the little stuff, hell I don’t sweat the big stuff either. I know myself, which seems like a rare thing these days. I love being up in the trees, swingin around like a monkey boy. I love to watch people do great things for the first time. I know that love is more a verb than a feeling. I want to keep it real....no games. If you feel it, say it. Maybe I will grow up some day.....naa, I’m havin too much fun.
