I was in a car accident today. I've never been in one before. They're not sure who's at fault. I’m okay. The other driver is okay, but I can’t help to feel that the biggest, blackest, ugliest rain cloud has been following me for the longest time, ready to pour whenever I feel the slightest bit sunny and i'm not sure what to do about it.

All I can think about is how lucky I am to have friend who dance in the rain. 
I tore my achilles tendon last Monday. I had surgery on Tuesday and now I’m in a cast from the base of my knee to the tip of my toe. It feels like I’m carrying around an extra 20 pounds around on something that I can’t lift. I’ll need it at least another week before being put into another cast or removable boot for another 4-6 weeks. But I don’t feel sorry or depressed or distressed for myself at all. Quite the contrary… it’s put me in a more focused mind set of planning out what I want to do...
