1 second (blog entry) Ran a 5K in Canton, Ma., this past weekend. Finished 5th overall in 20 minutes flat and won my age group. I know I shouldn't be greedy but I really wanted to finish under 20 minutes and I couldn't squeeze one more second out of myself. Grrr.
