The salt water flush worked out all right, but I don't think I'll be doing it again anytime soon. The entire three days of fasting were great with the exception of the hour or so after I drank the salt water.

I feel awful right now. I just drank a quart of salt water and it hasn't come out just yet. Hopefully I'll feel better once it does.

Over a month since I quit drinking heavily and yet my digestion is still way off. I'm obviously putting way more in than whats coming out the other end. Not sure where it's all going, since I don't really look or feel all that constipated. Today I'm going to start the master cleanse. I have 11 days until the Vipassana course begins, and I want to be clear and light when I embark upon this journey. I'll be keeping track of the progress here.
