We have this tradition in the department where I work. The person whose birthday was last sets up the dessert for the next person's birthday. After my last blog complaining about the let down that occurs upon the return to the default world, A_delle recommended keeping in touch with my new fire friends as a way to help keep the burn alive and it works. This year's burn was the best ever for me. Our camp has grown to over 20 great people most who we only see once a year at burning man. It really felt like home and the people in our camp like family. My favorite time was arround meals. Everyone would bring something to contribute and people would just pitch in to create fantastic dishes everyone enjoyed.
