This one day workshop will focus on exploring the basics of moving the hands and arms in a graceful and controlled manner.

This workshop will begin with a variety of hand and arm movements and positions, and progress to adding them to the basic body movements.

The afternoon will focus on improvising these combinations and a choregraphy to develop transitions and flow.

Open to dancers of all levels; some dance experience will help. Come dressed in comfortable clothes / dance wear.

Mini Bazaar to follow workshop. Cash and Credit card payments will be accepted for purchases.
