Hmm, about to close a deal that should put a few bucks in my pocket and I'm seriously thinking about snapping up a DSLR - I miss being a photographer, it's been way too long.. Two years of photo school and I don't have nearly enough to show for it..

I should be back in the Bay Area in the next few weeks so if anyone knows of A) cheap DSLRs for sale; B) rooms for rent (SF/OAK/Berkeley); C) jobs that pay, or D) rideshares to Tahoe (assuming it starts snowing); then lemme know!
I spilled beer on my laptop last night. It wan't pretty; first it was trying to guess my passwords, then it didn't know which key was which, then it passed out face down over the heater and then this morning it drank the rest of my vodka and wanted to call in sick to work. It seems better now but the keys sound a little different and now it smells like a weak, sorry excuse for beer (I hate to admit it but it was Budweiser, what can I say, I was broke..)

I volunteer for the mountain one day a week and will be working full time (++) by next week for a property management company. Perks from the two jobs give me free access to any mountain in Utah so I'm _completely_ fucking stoked. That's the good news; the bad news is that the house is cold and drafty (no wood stove =(, rig...

Arrived in SLC two nights ago, parked the truck in a snowbank at Alta next to a bunch of buried cars and trucks that looked like they had been there awhile and crashed out. At least a foot of snow fell that night and I woke up to ski patrol just bombing the crap out of the mountain, there must have been 50 explosions in the hour that I was there. . I've been wanting to ski Alta for a long time but it was really foggy so I held out and drove into an awesome sunny day in Park City with 8" of fr...
