Hmm, about to close a deal that should put a few bucks in my pocket and I'm seriously thinking about snapping up a DSLR - I miss being a photographer, it's been way too long.. Two years of photo school and I don't have nearly enough to show for it..

I should be back in the Bay Area in the next few weeks so if anyone knows of A) cheap DSLRs for sale; B) rooms for rent (SF/OAK/Berkeley); C) jobs that pay, or D) rideshares to Tahoe (assuming it starts snowing); then lemme know!

Alta, Utah

Looking across East Castle at a little over 11,000 feet, about a 15 minute hike lookers right from the Supreme chair. If you look closely you can see some other hikers just left of center in the picture.

This mountain seriously kicks ass, I don't think it could be any more fun.

I have a place (half of a 4 bedroom house) that's 5 minutes from the Park City Resort and less than 10 minutes from over 9,000 lift served acres spread over three areas. I volunteer for the mountain one day a week and will be working full time (++) by next week for a property management company. Arrived in SLC two nights ago, parked the truck in a snowbank at Alta next to a bunch of buried cars and trucks that looked like they had been there awhile and crashed out.
