Sparkling Hard Cider
Yesterday we bottled 3 gallons of sparkling hard cider. We have 1 gallon of wine to bottle (I think that we will lose about 1 quart due to debris). And we just bottled 4 gallons of pale ale. Next week we are going to brew an all grain pale ale.

Barry is a sweet heart! He came and visited me up here in Vancouver for 5 days and we went off creating all kinds of yummy gourmet living foods dishes! We hiked up to Lynn mountain at an amazing pace, this boy can hike! Intelligent and kind, anyone who has the good fortune of meeting this guy will cherish him forever!
