yoga with Mark Stephens
tea with friends sitting in the sun
practice massage at my friend's house
sweet walk along east coast
yummy vegetarian dinner
taught a relaxation yoga class and finished out the day
at the RAVI and ANOUSHKS SHANKAR concert- I had no idea how amazing the sitar is and how lucky I was to be the presence of 2 of the most amazing musicians of the day! I was in a deep trance and it felt so good!

I saw Ravi and Anoushka in Toronto 2 weeks ago and was blown away by the pair of them -- but especially by Anoushka's virtuosity on the sitar. An absolutely amazing evening!

I have had the pleasure of attending several concerts featuring either or both of these extraordinary musicians, sitting rapt through hours of gorgeous ragas. I've seen them up close and from a distance and either way their music soars. They always bring an array of the best musicians from India with them. Each time I've seen them with my friend and yoga teacher Stuart "Yoga Daddy" Siegel, and to hear them perform is part of the yoga journey for us.
