I found out some bad news in belly dance class (www.hipnoticdance.com/) Tuesday - we're losing our site :(. The landlord's pulled some crap and now the center's going away. The owner's not sure where she's going, or if she's even going to open the center again. So, we have 3 more classes, then we no longer have a home. If you guys have ANY ideas of places to rent in the Schaumburg, IL area or anything towards the train station, I would REALLY appreciate the input. The Y's... read more

Devin Rose (yes, she's a girl) born October 5th, 2007 at 3:51pm 7 pounds, 10 ozs, 21 inches It was a hard birth, but we're home now, safe and sound. :D There are a few pics in the photo album.

It was June 22nd-24th, and I was there all three days, in Libertyville. I went with my teacher Neta from Hipnotic and my Megan :D. Met some GREAT people, saw some familiar faces, got to hang out with some hafla performers and a show performer. I ended up taking 6 workshops! I think I ended up paying the price for my ambition (that hellacious cold), but that's ok, it was SO totally worth it. ... read more
