Wish Grandpa was alive where he could see it . Beautiful animal that is alternately named 'Snakebird' and 'Anhinga '. PREFACE : Wanted to write this present story while it was still June . I wrote much of it in mid-June. June for a number of years now, has become my favorite month (and not just because my Grandparents back in 1982 and 1983, had a reproduction of a painting of a very beautiful young lady , the original being painted by Frederic Lord Leighton , titled 'Flaming June', in their antique shop in Lakeland ---although that does give some impetus ) .
