Yesterday afternoon (November 23, 2009) was a day of mildly humid, intermittent breezes that were barely different from room temperature and a sky that hinted of rain . It was a somehat more cooler afternoon , not so muggy .

In the early morining pre-dawn hours, the day before yesterday, I had a dream that I was talking and taking care of my maternal Grandfather again (who died of complications from emphasema this past April of the present year .

In the dream I was talking to him and taking care of him .

Yesterday was a quite sunny afternoon , for the most part.

Saw a water turkey laying on the surface of the water of the nearby pond, with its wings outspread in a cruciform pattern.

Wishing Grandpa was there so i could tell him about it . Wish Grandpa was alive where he could see it .

Beautiful animal that is alternately named 'Snakebird' and 'Anhinga '.

I remember a man in Lakeland told me how they can assume a cruciform pattern, with a certain configuration of their wings. ... read more
