Well I go by Jo but I renamed myself something else because I like the name. Basha is Greek for Daughter of God, or stranger, which I kind of liked and it seemed to fit, it's not the most romantic sounding of names, but who needs romance anyway. I'm here because I love to dance and I want to learn as much as I can from other people from all over. I ride horses but my actually sport with them is long distance racing (50-100 miles in a day). My little guy isn't quiet up for the task but he has other talents and has a big heart. I'm an engineer by education (cough cough) and I enjoy my job when I get around to it. For now I'm stuck at school though.
Best description in one line: I'm just ike every other girl.... only different.

I knew a lot of guys in college who did (no... not KNEW... just knew)... the down side to being considered 'one of the guys' at a military school... you get to know way more about them than you ever really wanted....

This particular event, despite the huge generic cluster fuck that it was, turned out OK. My roommate makes a great pit crew, helping to make sure we are feed watered and where we are going, on time for the most part. (Being late was my fault though) Anyway. the horse bit was interesting, learned some cool stuff. My horse behaved but really didn't show much, he just stuck his fucking head up in the air and grated his teeth. I can only blame him but so much... my stirrups... read more

I leave after a half day of work to pack up my pony and my dance things and go to Virginia for the SOFI event. We go to lectures... we present our horses to fellow breeders then they break and get to watch some cool dancing... eat dinner, more dancing, then auction off stuff. Yeah that dancing thing. It's me. The Dominator (see above photo) is apparently not broken. The Dominator apparently DOES indeed have a set of balls bigger than most of the men I work with.... so. That means I don't have to spend an entire pay check to get him fixed. AMEN for trucks with balls. On the down side, I got up to work out this morning at 0400... yeah.
