All done.

This particular event, despite the huge generic cluster fuck that it was, turned out OK. My roommate makes a great pit crew, helping to make sure we are feed watered and where we are going, on time for the most part. (Being late was my fault though)

Anyway. the horse bit was interesting, learned some cool stuff. My horse behaved but really didn't show much, he just stuck his fucking head up in the air and grated his teeth. I can only blame him but so much... my stirrups were to long, but I was cantering... not like I was banging on his back or anything. LIttle bastard. OH well... he looked fun in his little costume.

I looked fun in my little costume too... =) they were all pleasantly suprised at what a little make up and fake hair could do for someone. it was fairly entertaining.

The performance bit... well that was different. I got through my 4 minute long drum solo... not with easy, and by the time I was done I was sweating furiously (partly because it was a lot of work and partly it was a small ass room with no air. =) Great.

I dropped my sword again, but this time managed to catch it and do a Tempest style ninja swing thing and keep dancing, my roommate was cheering me on in my incompetence.

So. For this event. My lessons learned. Check your trailer before you go... saves you the 4 hours and the mechanics shop getting your wiring straightened out.

Overall rating for event. B+ they enjoyed it, I enjoyed it and it was a good experiance all around. Things to learn on and imrove upon? Of course, but it was far more positive and successful than the last... I think.

Now of course when I get the DVD of all of this... you all can be the judge as I will post for constructive critism... well... depending on how BAD it is... that's pending. =)
