Today is the time to remember the many people that have made an impression on my life and the lives of my precious family --for me that is several years. For others, their lives are just beginning. Now is the time to thank those that are still alive so they know how much we appreciate them. Don't wait until they are no longer with you--that will bring regrets. Do it today, take the time. Vemma has Improved My Health Challenges

My name is Dorothy Howe, from Oracle, AZ. I have had ulcerative colitis, malabsorbtion, megablastic anemia, many nutritional deficiencies, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue to the point of having to use a breathing machine even during the day.
