I like to sit really, really still, and breathe really, really slow. I also like moving, alot, rhythmically, in ways that challange my strength and range of motion. I run a yoga center in the suburbs of philadelphia. I teach classes there, too. I breathe into my heart, when I remember.
FAQ What does Sitaram Das mean? Sita and Ram are vibrations, you say them, you chant them, you sing them. The vibrations resonate with divine qualities. Sita is the vibration of the divine feminine, the Goddess of Fortune. Ram is the vibration of the divine masculine, the Supreme Being. So not only do these sounds represent divinity, they themselves embody the divinity. God is in the Name. Das means 'Servant Of'. Servant of Sita and Ram. How is it pronounced? Cee-tah Rahm Das. It can be shortened to Cee-tah Rahm, if one feels it needs to be shortened.
