Mistress of the Damned Revealed
Sick of roommates....
Wed, April 30, 2008 - 8:57 PM??? funny, our roommate never mentioned this particular safety precaution...
My boyfriend keeps getting sick which has now developed in to a sinus infection, I keep getting sick with migraines (to my knowledge, migraines are not a symptom of MSRA, but rather of the stress of living with this particular roommate....read on) and disturbingly enough break outs on my chest which I have NEVER had before, which leads me to this question:
CAN I KICK HIS DUMB ASS OUT?!?! If we, as a result of the roommate "forgetting" to mention prevention then continuing to use OUR (my boyfriends and mine) washer dryer, have developed MSRA as a result of this "forgetfulness" I will need some serious help digging a very large hole somewhere.
I mean for the love of all that is holy....
This is the roommate who throws a barbecue, then a week later I finally get sick of looking at the chicken bones still sitting on the counter, ON A PAPER PLATE NO LESS, and throw them out. The roommate in to whose room roughly half our flat ware and silverware has disappeared, forcing me to buy new flatware and silverware because, washer/dryer be damned, I am NOT digging through the disgusting filth he wallows in to find my fucking dishes.
I just....is it any wonder I get migraines? Christ, even if it isn't MSRA causing the sinus infections, it's probably toxic mold from the crap hole infestation dwelling just across the hall. Our poor other roommate, the tidy, non-invasive one, has to share a bathroom with this man. Roommate #2 actually had to clean said bathroom when one day, while showering, he realized the thing he kept kicking in the bottom of the tub, was a plastic lid and straw from Jack in the Box. WTF!?!?!
This house depresses me. Yet under neath it all, me, bf and rm2 know that realistically, rm1 has no where to go, so we don't want to kick him out. He could, if push comes to shove, move in with his family. This would, however, break apart my bf's and his friendship, which has been on going for 12 years.
Ok. I'm done bitching for now. Catharsis only goes so far...

Oh NOO!
you poor thing :( That s a disgusting situation, both conflict of interest and bacteria wise.. What have you done? Hmm if I were your boyfriend his lack of consideration for not infecting all of you three would have already seriously damaged the relation with him? Please be careful because of this bacterium, I have little medical knowledge but if it is the one I am thinking of (a friend who's about to finish her general medical degree told me some about a resistant bacterium) it is WICKED. and really rendering one's life difficult. :( |
