This class works you through drills for strength, conditioning and muscle memory. We also incorporate combos...and sometimes
tear up our favorite ATS moves and put them back together again in our own way. Level is advanced beginner to intermediate.

TUESDAYS @ 8pm
American Tribal Style in Pasadena @ CalTech. troupe.caltech.edu/
Next 8 week series: April 7- May 26. Drop ins are ok. Level is beginner. This class works ATS in both FCBD and Gypsy Caravan
formats. We do formations, lead changes and zill playing.

1st and 3rd WEDNESDAYS @7pm
CHAKRA AWAKENING BELLYDANCE in Pasadena ~ www.handnsole.com
This class is an introduction to bellydance, We work through the moves in great detail....drilling each one carefully so that the muscles will begin to remember. We also explore the meditative benefits of the dance...going inward and using no mirrors. This class is intimate, so reservations are required. Tea and cookies are served after.

This class is beginner to intermediate. We learn ATS moves from both the FCBD and Gypsy Caravan formats, as well as working in formations with lead changes and finger cymbals.
