i am kicking ass in my 6th cycle of life, many thanks to my brilliant wife Nicole and beautiful daughter Aliya for peace, rootedness and clarity. i'm sure it is possible for some people to have that on their own, and I find my other halves to be vital

i amp masses of energy, and can kick serious ass -- and am breaking up my warrior energy to open me up to the more subtle goings on. this old habbit of being tough is hard to break... what I am realizing is that most of what i get pissed off about: republicans, ultra conservatives, the business of war, the fucking of the environment...all that shit is actually not evil, it is just totally freaked out shitass scaredness in people running their lives. Every person has it in moments, so get that some people are acually trapped by it almost all the time. fucked up, no? I LOVE to giggle at how totally fucking silly we humans are. we have a good chance of killing ourselves. we also have a great shot at saving ourselves. I want to play with more people who are serious about having us breakthrough the ignorance and fear to thrive -- and PLEASE let's have fun in the process -- 'cause, if we ain't having fun, may as well reboot.

i'm a pack animal at heart which is kinda tough, because we have a really nice space in our little nuclear family here and roomates are often a pain in the ass. considering setting up a cooperative living situation in mexico over the next few years with people that are powerhouse non-drama , grab the world by the balls type folks...

I love to sweat. don't get me started on the sex conversation because it is the middle of the work day, but lets just say that that is the best. to loose track of time, and be so in love with your other and the rest of the world, and spin and groove and yep...

so... volleyball, basketball, ultimate frisbee, golf, skiing, hiking, football, rugby (sevens), kung fu (jeet kune do), and trying to surf. I will play just about anything any time, particularly if it is close to home (oakland)
