i really don't know what to say...
the last 5 days have been really trying...
all i know is that i have some really wonderful friends in my life...
especially buddha monkey, juniper, and my wonderful roommate shira!!!
they helped me through this, and helped me see my path...
i have grown alot this year...done some serious work on my insides...
i'm stronger emotionally than ever before in my life...
for those of you who knew, my new lady moved in this past week, now she is moving out......

now it's telling me my security software has expired...yeah, well, it happens sometimes...the most secure person still needs alittle security blanket that tells them that everything is gonna be just fine...i'm pretty sure my security blanket is in the laundry to do pile....

Tommy, I so admire the pure fact that you are absolutely 100% NO BULLSHIT.... you lay it down like it is, and back it up with a heart that beats as solid as your Kick Drum.... Hot and Steady.... True and Heavy..... well somehow i've ended up knowing tommy c for awhile now ...and how do i endlessly thank him for holding it down and hammering away so we could sit back, look around and feel the sound track of life.... our life.... and know how blessed we are. thank you for caring.... so much....and working so hard.
you shape the songs that are our stories.....i love you for your consistent heart beat and your real opinion. your encouragement in what really matters and for knowing what the fuck that is.... your the real deal tommy a serious gate keeper holding it all together. you can jump on my ship any time ya salty dog.... you know i'll feed ya...even if you are grumpy in the morning. i miss you.....

Tommy, in a nutshell:
He has unwittingly, and unknowingly, accelerated my own self-recognition. He told me once that I was a...oh wait, maybe that's a secret,...
...furthermore, Tommy is the most engaged person I have met to date(that is January 17th, 2006!). I look forward to meeting a more appreciative person of the conflict of passion/life, and doubt that such a person exists. There. That is my testimonial, as it pertains to Tommy Cappel.
